Oolong teas
Oolong is an in-between tea: partially oxidized, it shares the freshness of green tea and the roundness of black tea. Depending on the degree of oxidation, its profile ranges from floral to milky, sometimes even featuring notes of stewed fruit.
It is also the most generous tea to enjoy: the same leaves can be re-steeped three or four times, with each cup differing from the last.
Four blends are featured here, including Lily Clochette, based on a naturally creamy milky oolong, and Safari Blanc, with notes of caramel and coconut. Steep in 90°C water for four to five minutes.
These teas come from the tea plant and therefore contain theine (caffeine). Consumption should be moderated late in the day, as well as for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children. Our rooibos and herbal infusions are caffeine-free.
