Autumn leaves

An autumn that keeps one foot in summer: crisp mornings, afternoons still warm. This selection can therefore be enjoyed both ways.

For the mild hours, three blends that hold up just as well iced as they do hot, revolving around the two fruits of September: the fig in L'Herbe bleue, the peach and grape in Pêche de vigne, and Bonheur Tibétain, which combines the two on an oolong base.

When the chill sets in, make way for teas with body: the chestnut in Quartier Latin, the grape and walnut in Au cœur du vignoble, the toasted bread notes of Huang Da Cha, the spices of Witch's House, the crumble in En visite chez Granny.

And a common thread from beginning to end: orange blossom, found in the green tea that bears its name, as well as in Assirem, Safari Blanc, and Sérénité. It prolongs the light of the afternoons.
